We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Singapore and globally.

INFORMATION COLLECTION & USAGE

We collect limited data only to improve the keyboard experience, provide AI reply functions, optimize service performance, and ensure stable operation of the App. We do not collect sensitive personal data unless necessary and clearly stated below.

I. Keyboard Input & Language Data

When you use the RizzLove keyboard, we may process text input to provide AI flirty replies, text suggestions, and auto-optimization functions.

• We do NOT store passwords, credit card numbers, or any content entered in secure text fields.
• Input text used for AI reply generation is processed temporarily and is not permanently linked to your personal identity.
• Anonymous language data may be encrypted and used to optimize our AI models and reply quality. All temporary analysis data is deleted when no longer needed.

II. Contact & Personal Data

We do not access, collect, or upload your phone contacts, photos, location, or personal files.

No contact name, address, or personal identifier is stored or transmitted to our servers.

III. App Usage & Product Metrics

To improve App stability and user experience, we collect anonymous, non-personal usage metrics, including:

• Device information: device model, OS version, system language, and region settings
• App information: App version, installation source, and function usage frequency
• Interaction data: page views, feature clicks, and session duration

All metrics are fully anonymized, encrypted, and cannot be used to identify any individual user.

IV. Installed Application Information

To optimize keyboard compatibility and input experience across apps, we may collect anonymous app package names and versions.

This data is processed anonymously, encrypted, and used only for compatibility optimization. Data is permanently deleted if the App is unused for 30 days.

V. User Feedback & Support

When you contact us for support or send feedback, we may collect:

• Your message content, questions, and suggestions
• Contact information you voluntarily provide (e.g. email)

This data is used solely for customer support and service improvement and will not be used for marketing.

VI. Crash & Performance Data

We collect anonymous crash logs and error data to fix bugs, improve stability, and enhance service quality.

This data contains no personal information and is used only for technical optimization.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect all collected data:

• All data stored on your device or transmitted to our servers is encrypted.

CHANGE OF CONTROL
